【槟城美食】G Cafe Goat Year Reunion Buffet | G Hotel


我从来都没想过时间可以飞逝得那么快,没想到我都三张出头了(自爆年龄了...(>_<))
去年马年新年和朋友同学的聚会还历历在目,没想到就快来到羊年的农历新年了
人生嘛...随便一下子就过了,很多事情不需要过于执着或者认真,认真你就输了
其实很多事情不要太介怀,一班人闹哄哄、说说笑笑,日子也特别好过的
来到G Hotel的当晚,那是第一次那么多媒体界参与的一个Buffet Review之夜
认识了不少媒体界朋友之余,还可以遇上一些久违的面孔
大合照时自然需要出动强大的Go Pro来一张大合照,一次过把大家都塞入一张照片内


如果打算除夕或者新年期间带家人除外用餐的话,或许G Hotel是一个不错选择
来G Hotel吃那么多次Buffet,每一次的用餐他们的素质都在提升
而这次的Buffet以Asian Food或者中餐居多,个人觉得中餐素质挺赞的,我们几位博客都赞不绝口

三文鱼鱼生
Hard Rock酒店后,这是2015年第二捞,捞得越多次是不是就越风生水起呢?
在新年期间的Buffet,G Cafe会在每桌提供一盘三文鱼鱼生
让每一个前来聚餐的家庭都有机会捞生

Roasted Peking Duck & Chicken
北京烤鸭和烤鸡将会是新春期间Buffet的卖点之一
烤得金黄而且恰到好处的烤鸭和烤鸡,可以要求切肉片并直接品尝最原汁原味的烤鸭烤鸡

服务员会预先把鸭肉撕开,可以选择使用面皮搭配黄瓜、葱段包裹然后沾甜面酱吃,吃起来酥香不油腻

Baked Salmon with Chili Mayo
三文鱼烤得相当完美之后,再淋上特制的腌制辣椒酱、蛋黄酱、洋葱和辣椒
酱汁香浓而不腻,吃得再多也不会腻,而且三文鱼肉汁饱满


Fish Maw Soup
这是让我们都惊艳的一道汤品,内有鱼漂、鸡肉、红枣、摇柱等
熬煮得相当入味而且浓郁,我们都忍不住喝了一碗又接一碗




烧卖和包类
说到中华料理,岂能错过点心类呢?
不过这里只提供叉烧包、加椰包和烧卖而已
我个人非常喜欢吃点心,还记得大学打假期工时在点心店当学徒时
由于学徒的优惠是可以任吃店里点心,那时其实还吞了不少烧卖的
不过我个人比较喜欢扎实口感的烧卖,而G Cafe提供的烧卖正正就是扎实口感的~

Acar Rampai & Beef Salad
这是属于Asian Delight的前菜,不过新春期间会有更多符合新春主题的前菜比如:
Nyonya Acar, Prawn Cocktail in Glass, Asparagus Salad, Pasata Salad with Smoked Salmon, Smoked Chicken Salad, Thai Spicy Squid, Salad Tuna, Long Bean Salad, 2 types Assorted Chinese Cold Cut, Cheese Platter with Nuts, 4 types Cold Cut & Yee Sang with Assorted Condiments

如往常般,少不了的还有各种海鲜不过新春Buffet将会有龙虾哦~
另外也会特设日本料理柜台包括提供各种鱼生和寿司等

我超爱这个Peanut Butter Cake的,拥有超多而且浓郁的花生酱
如果好像我那般痴恋吃花生酱的朋友,对不起了,新春期间的Buffet并没有提供,哈哈~
新春期间的Buffet会有以下甜品,会来得更添新春气息的:
Variety Chinese Sweets, Strawberry Tart, Mable Cheese Cake, Honey Dew Pudding, Konyaku Jellies, Mandarin Mousse, Blueberry Slice, Mini Fruit Tartlets, Pistachio Panna Cotta, Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Icing, Raspberry Trifle, Warm Jackfruit Pudding with Vanilla Sauce等等

Rojak

当然还有不容错过的Gelatomio的雪糕并由G Cafe把他们变成Eye Cream
当晚我们很幸运有6种口味可以试试看包括Double Chocolate、Cookies Cream、Vanilla、Strawberry还有比较罕见的Yogurt和Lemon Sorbet口味

羊年就预祝大家羊年顺风顺势,样样得意洋洋~
