【槟城美食】Spring Gourmet & Dessert @ E-Gate

--已经改为现今的Madam Soon--

其实我是很少来E-Gate用餐的,也不懂这间Spring Cafe营业多久了但之前在一位foodblogger那边得知这里,发现这里食物价钱中等而且艇仔粥很滑,就决定在上个星期六晚带小晶去特赖。由于我的相机借妈妈了所以当晚的照片都是和同事借的Nikon卡片机拍的,可能是我不适应,效果不是很满意。
Actually I'm seldom come E-Gate to having my meal and I dont know since when Spring Cafe starting their business. But from another foodblogger, I know the food here quite nice & cheap some more the place is nice & cozy so decide to bring Jing to having dinner here. But due to my DC borrow by mum so I borrow Nikon DC from my colleague so that can share the experience here.
我们大约8点半来到这里时,几乎座无虚席,不过还好还有一个靠墙的位置让我们快速坐下来order食物。这里的环境其实蛮舒服的,偶尔来这里喝喝下午茶,上上网不错咯。。。
We reach there around 830pm and almost all the seat being occupied but luckily there still one place for us. The place quite cozy and suit for us to have a hi-tea + surfing net here.

外面的座位给我感觉好像小学食堂的长凳和长桌子,呵呵o(>_<)o 
Outside smoking area give me a thinking like primary school canteen, long chair & table. =P






这里的室内装潢和灯饰都很特别下,我很喜欢那个鸟笼灯饰,也喜欢那个天使捧水晶灯的喷水装饰,更喜欢大大个黑板,很有学校风味,可以缅怀一下。值得一提的是,这里的服务先生小姐都蛮帅+美下的 =P
The interior design quite unique and relax, I like the bird cage lamp, like the angel fountain as well and love the black board, there is school taste can recall life in school. Additional, the waiter & waitress here mostly are leng zai & leng lui wor...




其实这份苹果木耳炖雪梨,RM4.90是我们order正餐+饮料后才叫的,可是竟然是先捧上桌。不过我们也是等吃完正餐才享用因为在我捉角度拍这糖水时,正餐已经捧上桌了。
Actually the dessert is last order but it served before our meal. The dessert is "Apple Pear boil with Fungus" which cost RM4.90.

饮料方面我叫了草莓柠檬冰沙RM5.90,原本以为点草莓饮料可以给小晶喝一些,后来忘记她隔天歌唱比赛,不可以喝冰,唯有我自己吞了。
I order Strawberry Lime Blended, cost RM5.90 . I thought can share with Jing but due to next day Jing have singing competition, so I have to drink it my own.

而小晶就点了温的蜜糖柠檬,RM3.90。个人觉得有点小杯咯。。。
Jing order Honey Lemon as her drink, cost RM3.90 but I think small glass lor.




小晶点的春稻式艇仔粥上桌啦,一看就知道很滑很绵了,材料有假鲍鱼片、皮蛋、咸蛋、葱、鸡肉还有一小碗盐炒花生送粥。因为小晶嫌吃粥快饿所以只给我试吃了一口,让我吃了有点与犹未尽。这艇仔粥价钱有点高,RM9.90一碗,不过我觉得好吃的粥难求咧。。。
Jing order "Bacon & Sliced Abalone Con-gee" , cost RM9.90.The congee is very smooth, ingredients have sliced abalone, "pei dan", salty egg(ham dan),onion & chicken minced plus one small plate peanut. I think the congee is fantastic, it's very smooth & tasty.



我的点的就好料了,是香炸黑胡椒猪扒饭,价钱RM10.90,之前看照片蛮大份的,果然没有骗人。我觉得蛮值得咯因为蛮大一份的,而且猪扒炸得很脆很香,白饭下面还有乾坤咯,煎蛋被白饭、猪扒和菜遮了,这是为了让整道饭有蛋香。不过我略嫌黑胡椒酱有点少咯。
I order "Deep Fried Crispy Black Pepper Pork Chop with rice" ,cost RM10.90. Previously saw the photo very big portion and actual also very big portion, very satisfy. The pork chop really very crispy and there is and fried egg under the pork & rice makes the set become smell tasty. But the black pepper sauce little only, not enough for me.

这里提供的无论粥、饭、面、粉或糖水都有,正餐价钱都介于RM8.90-RM13.90,最贵的也是蒲烧鳗鱼饭 RM13.90。饮料方面价钱介于RM2-RM5.90(不包括啤酒),最贵也是我点的冰沙系列罢了,RM5.90。不过个人蛮推荐这里的明火粥系列,觉得这么滑的粥的却难求。这一餐连tax一共吃了RM40.80,我觉得价钱不会特别贵,属于中等咯。
Spring Cafe provide all range of congee, rice, spaghetti, mee & dessert, normal ala carte price around RM8.90-RM10.90, most expensive is Unagi Rice RM13.90. For drinks price range is RM2-RM5.90. I think congee here is the most recommended. Dinner we enjoy tonight cost us RM40.80 including tax, price just average for us.
