@Ember Roast是一家不惜花费大量时间、心思和耐心的柴烧料理店,店家在厨房制作了一个大大的窑炉,并以方砖叠起,并且以Kayu Meranti也就是红木烧烤,将一道道料理送进窑炉焖烧;最惊叹的是难以控制的柴烧火候,厨师竟然可以将烤鸡、烤鱼,烤得比使用Microwave还完美,而且还大大保留肉汁~😘

#古法柴烧烤鸡【RM17/Quarter;RM30/Half】:以Kayu Meranti烧烤,除了耐烧和火候容易控制,烧出来的料理也会有一股类似Bacon香味的柴烧味;柴烧烤鸡在厨师的耐心和细心烘烤之下,鸡皮金黄而且好看带小爽脆,并没有因为柴烧而有点烧焦,完全看不出是柴烧的!! 肉质滑嫩不会干柴,而且柴烧关系所以大大保留了肉汁,而且烧鸡还搭配马铃薯泥和新鲜Salad,4分1只鸡竟然只需RM17而已...
